We offer a variety of clinics, from beginners just trying to get out the door to veteran marathoners looking for some extra guidance and a group to run with.

Our clinics are generally 12-or 16-week clinics, and meet twice per week. The cost is $70. Our instructors come from a variety of backgrounds and experience, but one thing is constant — they will help you become a better runner.


Beginner Run Clinic | Starts Tuesday, June 18th, 2019

Learn to run during our 12-week Couch-to-5K run clinic. This program is built with those who have never run but are looking to add a healthy routine to their lifestyle.

This is our first-of-its-kind FREE beginner clinic and will meet at the store every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm with an optional run Saturday mornings at 8 am. Tuesday will be an instructor-led session while Thursdays and Saturdays will follow our training plan, but as a group on their own.


Beginner Run Clinic | Starts September 2019

Our next beginner run clinic will start shortly after the Labour Day weekend; stay tuned for more specific dates and times.

This program is designed for those who have never run before but are looking to add a healthy routine to their lifestyle. Challenge yourself by increasing the length of your runs to be able to complete a 5 K at the end of this 12-week clinic. Learn about the importance of pacing, stretching, nutrition and injury prevention from guest speakers in our community.


10 K Clinic | Starts September 10th, 2019

This clinic is designed for those that are comfortable running a 5 K and are looking to challenge themselves to the longer distance. Gradually increase your total distance over this 12-week program. We’ll also incorporate hill climbs and tempo runs to get you ready to tackle the extra kilometers.

Half-Marathon Clinic | Starts November 2019

Back by popular demand, our Winter half-marathon clinic is designed for those that are already comfortable running a 10 K and are looking to challenge themselves to the extra distance. These runners will target the New Balance Chilly Half-Marathon in early March and many will continue on training for the world famous Around the Bay 30 K at the end of March.

Having a group to train with will be the extra motivation you need to get out the door during our frigid Winter. Learn about the importance of pacing, stretching, nutrition and injury prevention from guest speakers in our community.

This clinic will meet Wednesdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 8 am; stay tuned for a more specific start date.
